New single for MGMT and collaboration (perhaps) with the Chemical Brothers

Will be “Kids” the third single of “Oracular spectacular”, the debut album of MGMT. Launched by the beautiful “Time to pretend the” Management is one of the revelations of the year, though surrounded by a monstrous hype that threatens to crush and hand down in history as one of the many meteors “hypster and cool” in recent years. It will be why the second album, now in the pipeline, have sought the cooperation that none of the Chemical Brothers, which had already declared an interest in the thing.
The album should be double: in this way, MGMT might, in the words of Ben Goldwasser, both show their pop side that their psychedelic side.
Of course a collaboration with the two sacred monsters of the dancefloor greatly increase their credibility as artists, even if the same Goldwasser is clear: “do not expect the new album too soon [...] there is always a risk that over the months change combine idea and something different. ” When it is said to have clear ideas, no? The single “Kids” released officially on October 13.
