The Toystore of Coralie Clement
Sunday, October 26th, 2008
Indie-folk atmosphere with refined echoes of Brazil. Songs almost whispered in the language of Moliere by a female voice weak and conturbante. Timeless atmosphere, somewhere between 1963 and 2008. Clear influences of fathers and mothers of the noble French song (Gainsbourg and Hardy in the first place). A small corner of Italy.
No, we are not talking about Madame Bruni - Sarkozy. But another “relative” and famous lanciatissima. His name is Coralie Clément and many perhaps if the recall for an album a few years ago (Salle des pas perdus, 2002) and a delightful songs that often spent the night in the programming of MTV and Radio Monte Carlo (L’ombre et la lumiere).
