Tenco Prize 2008: the first day
Tradition has it that the Tenco Prize opens with the notes and the words “far away” and this year the honor has fallen to Sergio Cammariere yesterday that it has given a very respectful and equally touching. The first evening of Tenco 2008 is then started with elegance and style, then by alternating names known and least known of our new and historic singer. Plus some of the winners of the prizes and plaques of this year.
Among these Milton Nascimento - the voice of Brasil - received the top award and, accompanied by band family of Tom Jobim, gives us a taste of his being somehow summary of the movements and history (not only) music of his country.
